Our Chef & Staff
Chef/Owner Morey Anderson has nearly 40 years of experience. Morey’s experience includes serving as an executive chef with TPC Sawgrass and Ritz Carlton Buckhead. Owner/Operator Paul Race has been in the restaurant business for 35 years, and a general manager for several concepts including K&W cafeterias for almost 20 years. Paul has been an owner-operator of several restaurants including three Hibachi restaurants currently.
